The grading was all wrong creating lots of sitting water that was causing damage, old fences and decks were rotting away and hazardous and things were pretty ugly. Eduardo listened carefully to our ideas and even offered some input that was really helpful. He took into consideration our young children and dogs, and what we wanted for our home.
